PIROGUE

Wayne

Muma

The Pirogue Windsor-inspired stool is made from urban salvaged elm, ash, and walnut - a win-win both environmentally and economically. Designed using sustainable resources it’s a highly functional generational object that reflects an enduring quality. Named after its canoe-influenced shape (pēˈrōɡ canoes are native to Central America and made from a single tree trunk) the construction and design process is inspired by, and harmonious with, nature.

Built for longevity by employing traditional, light and flexible Windsor chair joinery, it’s created with a simplistic elegance in design that’s timeless and ergonomic.
