Giulio Cappellini was born in Milan in 1954. He obtained a degree in architecture and then went on to attend the Bocconi University School of Business Management. In 1979 he joined Cappellini, where he initially focused on its corporate image before taking over company management. He personally handles the image and products of the Cappellini brand, not only in his role as Art Director but also as a designer. He designed the new headquarters of Istituto Marangoni's Design School of Design in Milan and coordinates their promotional and educational activities. Also a curator and visiting professor, Cappellini was recently selected by Time magazine as one of the tenglobal trendsetters in fashion and design.
Hakim El Kadiri has been responsible for product development at Rado since 2011. His technical and marketing background and passion for the beautiful things in life, such as design, art and photography, inspired him to join the watchmaking industry. For Hakim, watchmaking is a field where the creation of beauty is ever present, merging innovation, design and technology.
Editor-in-Chief at Elle Decor Italia, Livia Peraldo Matton chose to follow journalism after graduating in Architecture from the Politecnico di Milano. She took on the job of Art Director, firstly at the monthly Casaviva, then at Elle Decor Italia in 1990. In the role of Art Director, she defined the magazine's image and became Editor-in-Chief in 2001. She has guided the evolution of Elle Decor Italia since 2012 from a magazine to a multi-media platform, through the development of elledecor.it, the digital edition - with a full English version - and communication projects such as ‘Be Original’, advocating original design projects.
Born in 1967, Massimo Zanatta, graduated in Engineering at “Politecnico University in Milano”. He starte his carrer in Total and Erg as Project Manager and he managed complex concepts for nearly 20 years. As Project Manager, he worked on projects of innovation and development as well as of new commercial formats. He had previously handled the relations whith institutions (ministery and brand associations) and commercial partners. Massimo knows well the education field, having had direct experiences as a lecturer in different schools. Together with having a deep knowledge of the design environment, he also has a great passion for contemporary art.

Cibic's designs have been included in several international museum such as the Triennale of Milano, Shanghai Glass Museum, Saint Etienne Biennale, Centre Pompidour. And Gallery such as: Rossana Orlandi – Milano, Mint Gallery – Londra, Mudec Design Store – Milano, Secondome – Roma, Le Mill – Mumbai.
